Love hearts bokeh and lace greeting card.
My bokeh yellow and red love hearts photograph with a ribbon tied lace heart ornament is an ideal card for anniversaries, birthdays, Valentine's Day, get well soon or for any particular reason to show affection.
Teaming up with Nottingham lace jewellery maker JC Middlebrook, one of her beautiful lace heart ornaments in red is on each card. The image on the card is a photograph where I made a stencil of a heart shape which goes over the lens and then I photographed some lights, resulting is this beautiful and vibrant array of hearts.
The delicate lace ornament is based on a traditional Nottingham Lace design, derived from an old factory drawing for a lace handkerchief corner, adapted by Jayne to make this unique lace heart. It is tied to the card with a silk ribbon which you can detach to hang where you please.
The card is A6 in size (105 × 148mm, 4.13 × 5.83in), is blank inside and includes a plain white envelope. The lace heart is about 40mm in size, made from silky rayon thread. Delivered first class in a plain envelope. Flower not included - sorry!
